The day we took our last paper was also the day that we will be wearing prefect uniforms and sitting in the classrooms in our school. I knew that separation is inevitable, but my heart could help but to have a slight feeling of gloominess and sadness. Even with hint traces of them when I was smiling, I knew I have nothing to be sad for because nothing is forever really. Not even separation. Every journey has its beginning and end, therefore we shan't cry because it was over; smile because it all happened.
After we finished our last paper, I was kind of relieved because I thought that was the most realistic and downright touching Chinese essay that I have ever written. Though it wasn't really a conformity that I would get good grades in my exam, I was pretty contented with my own work since I've done the best of the best. We went to Queensbay Mall with Ying Xin's car. I must say that she has a very good driving skills and she drove at a steady pace. *claps*
When we reached the mall, we went to get the movie tickets first since we figured some students from other schools might hang out on that day as well. "We must get the tickets before they do!" This is probably our propaganda but the major problem is that.. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHICH MOVIE TO WATCH. Uh oh.. Fiasco. We discussed amongst ourselves and finally decided to watch Big Hero 6. As for Sze Chyi, Yee Hang and I, we have decided to watch the third movie of the Hunger Games series which is "Mockingjay Part 1". So basically we were onto ourselves while the others stick with the big group.
The big group had their lunch at Azuma while Sze Chyi and I wandered off to Mc D's since she was not in the favour of having Japanese food. Guess what.. we met Zong Yao at Mc D's! Of course, I couldn't have let this golden opportunity to slip away from our hands and therefore, we had a little selfie session after I'd begged him to compromise. HAHAHAHA..

The movie showing time was 2:40pm but since Yee Hang arrived around 3pm, Sze Chyi and I chewed slowly on our food while we waited patiently for his arrival. We ran like lunatics up to the cinema like how we used to when we were little kids .__. If you had seen my earlier posts, you would definitely know that when I watched "Catching Fire", I waited for Khalid and entered the cinema late as well. What a fabulous coincidence xD Of course, the blame was not to be put upon Khalid nor Yee Hang.
Mockingjay Part 1 was good nonetheless. The movie pretty much portrayed the scenes in the book very delicately and intricately. I'd give this movie a 8 out of 10. In my previous post, I mentioned that I was irrevocably in love with Peeta. This time round, I gotta say I love Gale as much as I love Peeta. Gale's blue eyes are truly mesmerising, especially when he squinted them. My heart melted instantly haha..

After watching the movie, we went to Borders and had a light afternoon coffee at Starbucks. Honestly, I wasn't a huge Starbucks fans. If I wanna get a cup of coffee, I'd probably go to The Coffee Beans rather than Starbucks. No offend to Starbucks lover, I just love The Coffee Beans more personally. And that just pretty much made our day :)

I think that's about it. I have to apologize for ththis seriously delayed post because my laptop has not been behaving lately and for other really insignificant reasons compared to the main thing that I'm trying to cope with here. I figured it is best for me to post this out cause it has been in my draft for quite some time. I feel bad just to discard it so I decied to post this out.
I'm not sure if you guys still hang around at my blog that frequent and I don't blame you if you didn't cause I had not been updating much lately. I promise, once I get that laptop problem solved and get all the pieces in my life together, I will update my blog more constantly.
